we value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. due to the nature of our second-hand designer items, we operate under a strict no returns policy.

final sale: all items purchased from evie alaia are considered final sale. Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

quality assurance: we take great care in curating our collection and thoroughly inspect each item for quality and authenticity before listing it for sale. detailed descriptions, photos, and measurements are provided to help you make informed purchasing decisions. 

sizing and fit: we encourage customers to carefully review each piece's sizing information and measurements listed in the product descriptions. if you have any questions or need clarification before making a purchase, please reach out to our customer service team.

damage or authenticity issues: if you receive an item that is not as described or has a significant defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  we will assess the situation and do our best to address valid concerns on a case-by-case basis.
